The company has invested tens of millions to purchase the international advanced level of CNC punches, CNC bending machines, CNC machining centers and new imported CNC lathes. Established a high standard of electronic dust-free workshop, the introduction of international advanced technology of SMT machine, wave soldering, reflow welding, automatic insertion machine and electronic printing machine and other equipment. FINE ART has more than 20 advanced assembly lines, all workshops are equipped with central air conditioning to create a comfortable working environment for employees, and the scale and advanced nature of hardware CNC machining workshops, finished product assembly workshops and electronics workshops are in the leading position in the industry.
FINE ART R&D Center was born in 2002, is the core technology department of the company, has been adhering to the spirit of technological innovation, shouldered the design and research and development of CAIYI technology products, and created a number of high-level technology products, which has been unanimously recognized by the industry. At present, the R & D center has more than 100 employees, accounting for 25% of the total number of the company, and more than 90% of all technical personnel are bachelor degree or above, involved in technical fields: industrial design, optics, heat dissipation, electronics, electrical, software, mechanical structure, product management, technical management, etc.
Every year, more than 8% of the company's sales revenue is invested in research and development, and constantly improve the level of hardware and software. In terms of software, we invested more than 5 million yuan to introduce genuine design software and PDM (Product Data Management) system; In terms of hardware, we have excellent IT equipment, professional design and development tools and test equipment.
